Good Going Wayne! (re: # 1755) I like your savvy as always!
And all Jack Arnold communications appear to indicate that
progress remains on schedual.

I'd just figure the guy that sold, did so "at market price"
needing to pay some soon due bills; and he can't believe
the amount of bidders was too thin at the time to satisfy
his sale and really wants to kick somebody now.

To all:
This is a high point of uncertainty and the waiting game.
Through the magic of numbers could some market maker
picked up the lions share of his sale?

I only know that they can be savage in their paper juggling
and the poor guy must be mad as heck, having no intention
of selling at .01

It might be wise to discuss the ways of offering to sell
(in times of urgency) that avoid giving MMs such power over
the price. Some times they shove the exchanges through in an
order advantageous to them, given the opportunity.

Island used to give quite a broad account of the present bids
and asks in several, but has discontinued! Does anyone know
of a source for this information available today? any help here?

(All must strike their own balance between patience, caution,
and opportunity. The World is still a pretty good place.)
