Len,

There are only TWO problems you can get from Email viruses:

1. Attached WordProcessing or Spreadsheet files with embedded macros which cause problems;
2. Attached executable files (xxxxx.EXE) which are PROGRAMs which can do anything.

If you don't OPEN the ATTACHMENTS, they won't run. You cannot get a virus from reading a text email. NEVER RUN AN EXE module unless you trust the sender and know the contents FOR SURE. Most anti-virus packages (Norton, McAfee, etc.) will catch macro viruses as you open attached WordProcessing files.

The message you received is a known HOAX!
