A reminder that on Monday, September 28, the shareholders of Tortoise Acquisition (stock and warrant symbols: SHLL and SHLL-WT) are scheduled to vote on the proposal to merge with Hyliion.

The common shares and warrants are currently trading at $43.68 and $20.67, respectively.

The approval should already be baked into the stock price, but what do I know.

The clock starts ticking on the warrant redemption. Plenty of trading and arbitrage opportunities.

The warrant terms can be found on page 207 of the proxy materials: sec.gov
