Malicious political prosecution doesn't last long, he will turn around and sue the city and the asshole DA for all they're worth and then some... If I must I will use deadly force to defend myself and my family, there are no questions asked... As a given, you must also first know the rules of engagement... while this is generally a military term, there are also specific civilian rules of engagement you should know so that the law is always on your side... I think you and I had this discussion at some length before, and I'm also sure you know the rules of engagement... Many who have firearms don't know the rule and they leave themselves open to charges, unfortunately... GZ
