Hello..John, It's a treat to read your post...something I don't usually get to at work, but today I was able to spend a few minutes at the computer. I think the timelines are when the discounts for S3 stockholders to convert may change. Davis, you know these better than I. Please correct! My take is that the Company is in such lousy shape that no one in their right mind would take the job. However, Davis has presented us with scenarios which could change the picture. So I defer to Davis to bring us up to date on: 1. Licensing 2. Phase I- TNT and Phase III - Lym I 3. Financing Are you up to the challenge Davis? Anyone want to double up here? It almost seems like a good idea..Let's hear what Davis has to say.
