Lenders make commercial loans based on the appraised value of property being offered as collateral. The appraised value of a commercial property is determined by the cashflow it generates. Legitimate lenders won't loan much money against a property that loses money year after year. Only mobsters looking for leverage would lend LOW IQ FatRump money on properties that have been losing money for years. That's why there is so much interest in getting Deutsche Bank's records and tracking down all the Russian Oligarchs who have used LOW IQ FatRump properties to launder money through bogus condo deals.
