I happen to agree with that...

Taxes should not drive a decision.

Many do not agree with that statement.

AND

The Law allows for certain transfers to occur that increases cost basis.

I am not interested in playing that game.
There is no benefit in my case.

One has to acknowledge it exists.

I will pay the toll and move on.

Has John Kerry ever paid those taxes on that large boat?

No.
He docked it out of state.

But President Trump is a Tax Cheat....

Let's see all the Democrat's tax returns.
