Denial and projection... while these are normal ego defense mechanisms when used to only a modest degree and also founded in reality, the level and extreme degree they go to use these mechanisms none of which is founded in reality is clearly and assuredly not normal...
It's the first sign of mental illness and emotional instability...
This is because none of their mental disorder is based in reality, it also therefore lacks all common sense...
Here are some very specific examples:
They now think violence is appropriate, they now think tearing down public statues is proper, they now think corruption is acceptable and defensible, they now think letting dangerous criminals out of prison to roam the streets before their time is served is safe and respectable, they now think lies, deceit, and hypocrisy is honorable and proper... I could go on, but the kind of thinking and accompanied behavior I described here (and there's much more) are clear signs of an irrational and unbalanced individual... and as an entire political class, they're dangerous and pose a genuine cannibalistic threat to society...
