Leif, While I don't doubt that there has been market manipulation and possible collusion between management and market makers, I believe it has had minimal effect on this stock. In fact, the price has been overvalued for the entire year based on that big fat zero in the sales column of the 10Q for the last 2 quarters. The steady decline since May is the efficient market at it's best, and believe me, the market is not done in reaching a fair valuation.

I'm at the point now where I don't believe ANYTHING about alliances and possible sales with this company. I don't believe in the John Hopkins deal or the alliance with Sprint - where is the irrefutable confirmation? No one has it. If anyone has confirmed any of these things with those organizations, post the phone number and contact name so we can confirm it ourselves. I have called them both and have run into a brick wall. Could I be wrong? Absolutely, but the available evidence suggests otherwise.

It is my belief at this point that this company existed for no other purpose than to quickly enrich it's officers at the expense of the shareholders. I really hope I'm wrong, but it's time to put on your game face and make some tough decisions.
