George ..... look at it objectively and you'll see that my comment isn't meant to disrupt anything. At a time when ZEN is seeking credibility for its ink ....... a little thing like an exclamation mark at the end of a CEO's comment makes it look solely promotional and not professional. Two things that do not lend themselves to building credibility.
