Oakley was a company that had a plan as to what the hell they were doing.....

Here's what the technicals say!

Large (six month) double bottom recently put in around 8.50, and re-tested successfully. Good sign, possible bottom in place.

Having said that, who knows with Oakley. The recent jump was on light volume, could just be a head-fake (Jannard picking up more shares). Look to see if there is follow through and buy on a break, with good volume, above 10.00. Stop would be around 9.75.
