Probable motive? She doesn't want him elected, knows he's unfit, never wanted to be FLOTUS, wants to be free of the WH and her husband.
A simple divorce could take care of all that, but that never happened.

The truth* is that she loves Trump, and despite the initial aversion, she now loves being the First Lady of the United States of America.

You know this to be the truth*, and that angers you to no end, which is why you're so obsessed with her.
