Assuming EUA and Roche can provide a quick test of seronegative, what would be the best use of available doses?

1 - Stop spread in high density cities - keep hospital load down
2 - target hospitalized patients - reduce load on hospitals and save the sickest
3 - Give to athletes as sports is critical to mental health :)
