Hello Sonny, Thank you very much for the condolences, I very much appreciate your concern.

I am very sorry to hear that you are having a bad day with the back. When I use to have back problems, it seemed to me that certain types of exercises just irritated it more, like certain of the machines like the stair stepper. Sometimes now I find that even walking will irritate it, but not usually. If I don't turn my mattress regularly also that will effect it. About the Aloa Vera, you can get it at any health food store, but it is twice as expensive. I use to buy it at the health food store until I found it at Walmart. I know exactly what you mean about operations. My husband was in constant neck pain for so long and did not want to get operated on and finally the pain got so bad, he just had to take the chance, (there are risks and there are no guarantees) and he also is much better although not a hundred percent, but very good.

I hope that you fell better.

Take care,
Margaret
