Mr Dryer, I find your response irresponsible. I have yet to email the web mistress once, planning on doing so this evening. I point out to you that I am Emailing because the person in question has used your new feature to send private messages to me after I have asked him to stop. Sir you are perpetuating a crime and face charges of negligence at a minimum if you do not prevent someone from using your site to commit a crime after being so informed. I have stated that I will pursue leagl recourse if this gentleman persists in his harassment of me. If you do not take action once I have informed you and you can consider this so being informed, then your are liable for his actions. Your casualness is disturbing and if you wish Silicon Investor to be utilized in a test case for new law, then do nothing. If you do not protect the rights of A MEMBER WHo PAID Money sir, then I question your integrity. Care to respond?
