Chad, Help me understand the 504. Do not those shares need to be held for 1 and 2 years? Your 'free trading' isn't clear to me. Claudia Claudia, I was about to clarify Chad's post because the wording could lead to misunderstanding. The 504 is NOT free trading. It is restricted for two years. I think what Chad was trying to say was if you took some of the 504, you'd have it as well as the free-trading stock you bought on the open market. -Madly
