You called it Bernie. Many, perhaps myself as well, may have called the greenification of China a remote possibility. Easy for rich countries to forget their own past and dictate to developing countries. Spent 8 years on money rock. Remember looking at the brown tinged haze hanging over Kowloon from my office in Central.

Kudos to the Chinese leadership on this. On other reforms...not so much!
