Places like Portland refuse to clear out Antifa. If Antifa wants to mix it up while Proud Boys or anyone else decides to demonstrate, then whatever happens, happens. Antifa starts the violence. Someone else can finish it if the police will not because their mayor is a communist asshole who orders them to stand down. . .
