Elk, Please don't view SI as the enemy. Our goal is to make as many people as possible happy, yet not restrict viewpoints from being heard. Of course, it is not possible to make everyone happy all of the time, and my "casualness" is numbness that has resulted from 2 years of getting pummelled by various threats and accusations from people that are impossible to satisfy. So yes, your legal threats are water off a duck's back. The intent of private messaging is to offload comments from the public boards that are better discussed one-to-one (so as not to bother everyone else). While I don't believe 2-3 messages constitutes harassment, I will work tonight on a new feature that allows you to block private messages from a specific person. Btw, you can turn off Private Messaging completely by going into Preferences (http://www.techstocks.com/~wsapi/investor/msgman-0-3) Brad
