If I were to respond to Trump, I'd say, "Because, MISTER 'president,' neither of you actually followed the rules.

"Constantly interrupting and talking over each other is NOT how debates should go. Rules are there for a reason. This is a presidential debate, NOT the WWE.

"Even when Hamilton and Burr dueled with pistols, they followed rules. Why can't you, MISTER 'president'?"

What an utter embarrassment Trump is to the nation.
