I dont know if this qualifies for value but one area seems to be universally hated by fund managers at least according to those on fast money. and that is energy. fund managers cant bail out of this area fast enough it seems and as energy valuation as part of the index declines it gets less and less attention from fund managers. this may be the time to overweight this sector.
