Not a year low, John, just the last print was on the bid - 500 shares at 3:59. It happens. 96,800 of the first 100,000 were taking the offer. The remaining 104,000 shares today were about the same with prints on the bid being fills from the Herzog/S-3 short-selling. Stochastics (more buying than selling) look fantastic. I'm looking into the short, declared at 615,000 (as of the 15th) in yesterday's WSJ. It's much higher now. I think the short may be coming from only one member of the S-3. Anyone know if it is legal for an S-3 participant to short the vehicle and thus increase his conversion benefit? It's not ethical but that is not something that can be legislated very well lately. Whatever, as long as you believe that the company is not going under, this artificial low is giving you, John, and Alys, Manfred and myself the buying opportunity of our lifetimes. There seem to be a few other takers too. We're just snipers skirmishing now, the big action should start in February.

As to the clinicals and financing the company will be forthcoming with news. I think even in a timely manner.

Grif, the period from 2-10 through 3-24 will be used to set a cap for the S-3 members to convert into common over the next four years. With volume likely to pick up they may not have much left to convert by March 24. There is also a warrant to deal with (conversion may not be my strong point, when I asked the rabbi he said, 'hell no, hell no, hell no').

The company is not going under. It's easy to raise money at this level, and they have assets. What is a cure for cancer worth anyway?
