The only solution I see is the one Trump is using. Get them working and off welfare.

.....not the only.....but certainly a key part..........also school choice for those who want it.................the inner city public schools are very bad................and school choice is a winning strategy for the black vote........... I think Baris claimed DeSantis got about 18% of the FEMALE Black vote in Florida largely on his stance on school choice.......plus the teachers union needs to be taken down,.......way down..........if the Rs can consistently get over 20% of the Black vote, the Ds can not win nationally with current demographics........seems like a big win all around
