Adds to positions: Very small amounts: RTX, UNFI, VWAGY Swapped out of some of industrial/warehouse reit MNR, and added to position in warehouse/distribution reit WPTIF. As mentioned here previously, WPTIF is a Canadian company that has all its properties in the US, pays its distribution monthly, and in $US. Also with this one, my broker charges $50 per trade which is given to the Canadian broker who executes the trade. Consequently, I want to make sure my buy is large enough so that the $50 fee is a minimal amount in relation to the purchase cost. finance.yahoo.com
