I can relate Max, sold MMP last year and partial sale of EPD shares in Jan. of this year. Plan is to further reduce EPD shares next calendar year--held in a trad. ira. So far I've avoided any tax implications, short of TD filing a 990-t form-but owed no tax. I don't expect EPD to transition to a c-corp, seems as though the major insiders don't want to pay their tax(g). I have wondered if the pipeline MLP's could do something similar to Brookfield by issuing a class of c-corp share though, but it's far beyond my pay scale to figure out if it would be feasible or beneficial (to the company).

I know EKS has been focusing on ag stocks, anyone else read the article awhile back on Saudi shipped to Japan "blue" ammonia as a fuel source? Still converted from hydrocarbons though, like most hydrogen, which to me on a longer term basis is a no win to a greener economy.
