And he has apparently determined himself to be more averse to socialism than to Trump's character flaws. He interprets the show of strength as strength. One demonstrates self-awareness by the ability to intelligibly explain one's determination of one's own stand. I found his explanation knowing and coherent.

I don't know what many of the words you use in this paragraph mean in this context. What does "socialism" mean here? How is Biden a "socialist"? Where does he advocate "socialism"? What does "strength" mean in this context? Where has he shown a "show of strength"? Is it in convincing 40% of the country to go along with his lies and misleading statements? Is a show of strength actual strength or is it like what happened on The Apprentice, where they would heavily edit the footage they got to get the image they wanted? There is a sucker born every minute, hucksters such as Trump like to say. Is it strong to use the patina of the office of the presidency to take advantage of them?

How is this "intelligible or coherent" I don't think it is either one.
