But then there's that observation from Warren Buffett and his partner Charlie, "IF THE MARKETS WERE EFFICIENT I'D BE A BUM ON THE STREET WITH A TIN CUP"

I'd say that's probably why Buffett and Munger "GET GREEDY" when Others, i.e. the majority in "the market", "GET FEARFUL", because they can, more often than not, determine Quality Businesses based on their well honed investing Criteria, and buy their stock at "bargain" prices .....

That's also probably why the list of the Public Companies that Buffett and Munger own is FAR SHORTER than the Extensive Number of stocks that most other "Fund Managers" own.
