Looks like institutions are likely done now and just the little guys losing patience as you have indicated John. On the ask, mostly a few little orders sitting there below .40, so if we can hold through the news vacume, I expect we could prevent a short-term price drop.

One interesting thing I noticed today was a bid for 50k @ .31 that popped up mid-late day, which is encouraging.

Also, month end has not helped matters. I noticed a few stocks closing weak on medium volume today.
