This your Captain speaking. The Captain is weary and tired from this adventure, and confused to say the least. The Captain is worried about the shorts involved right now. The Captain is also uncomfortable with the revenue estimates. On a somewhat positive note, the Captain knows for a fact that there are only 78 million shares authorized, so that fucker Huttoe can only issue another 14 million, not 36 mil (going by the 100mil number that has been thrown out). On a negative note, the Captain has heard that these shares will be issued to Tully and his gang (original ICMX guys) so SEXI can have Asian rights. You see, the old ICMX group held onto Asian rights. Well the Captain has heard that Shinawatra was willing to pay some 25mil (also heard 10mil) to the old ICMX guys for SEXI to have Asian rights. Who knows, but the Captain is not that comfortable with the prospect of SEXI even landing deals over there. On a positive note, the Captain is sure of the Sprint relationship. You see, Smith Barney and Merril Lunch want to use the equipment for training in there firms (particularly in the northeast). The Captain has also heard that Sprint is bidding on jobs for some 60k units (The Captain believes they will be used in corrections departments). Now the interesting thing about this is that SEXI product's WAN capabilites are not completed yet. You tell me, how is Sprint going to make their money on LAN solutions that have limited WAN capabilities - they need to make $ on ISDN rates; just from installation and other services? Hun. Another problem here is that no arrangements have been made yet for Sprint to be trained in installing and using SEXI products. On another positive note, the Louisiana deal is a done deal and worth a few million, but we won't see it for a few weeks. And on a positive and negative note, the JH deal is for real, but JH hasn't recieved any products yet. You see, ICE hasn't made the product fully compatible with the UNIX platform. This is another false claim made by the company. Although the Captain has heard that this relationship could yeild 50mil in revenue. Now for some interesting information. The Captain was privy to info. regarding a so called Fibre Camera. Well, the Captain has been told that such a product doesn't even exist. On the other side of this, the Captain has been told that such a camera is in the works and there is a 50mil deal with NEC on the table. Supposedly, this was under Yoder and after he was dismissed, the account hasn't been given to anyone else yet. Another interesting bit the Captain mentioned before was regarding the Florida deal. Well the Captain was told that this was worth only 19k. Although, the Captain has been told that it is worth much more than 19k, like in the millions. So you can see, there is a lot of contradictory info. reaching the Captain ears. Hubert, in regard to who the extra shares went to and at what price, the Captain doesn't know anything. He's frustrated. Ballbuster is working on it as we speak. The Captain is activily compiling a tremendous amount of information about this company and it's activities, it's affiliations, and it's practices. He has contacted a lawyer experienced with these types of litigation. The Captain feels confident that legal proceeding in the form of a class action suit would yield a positive result for all parties negatively affected. We'll all own Huttoes house and any equity he has to his name, including his 5+mil shares. Boo-hoo, Huttoe's retirement plan will simply disappear, but it wouldn't matter because he'd be in the clink. Wouldn't it be funny if he had to use SEXI equipment to communicate face to face with his beloved, ditzy blond girlfriend. You gotta wonder if the glare from his bald head would degrade the picture quality. The Captain will not follow through on this unless, in time, it is necessary. The Captain truely hopes this does not come to be. He's sitting on his shares hoping and praying in the end it will all work out fine.
