I think that most sat contracts are paid in intallments as they go along. That means some money will have been paid in, and some is due. I wonder how much is "past due." Loral is listed as an owner of part of ABCN already, both on ABCN's website and in the Bangkok Post. So, I don't know how all that will play out--I was hoping the press release would explain a lot more of the details.
