You know Dan, I've read your rants against Microsoft here for a long time. I've had Microsoft stock since 1990 and have made a lot of money on it. However, after just concluding a bout with Microsoft Investor support I have to say that I have never encountered more arrogance from support people that are supposed to be there to help. They wound up canceling my free six month subscription to MSN Investor that I earned through buying Money98 Financial Suite. The person that canceled my account (initials JV) would not give me the name of his supervisor. Another support person I talked to said I now have to write a complaint (and apparently beg) before I can be reinstated. I can very easily see now why Microsoft is so hated. I hate them myself and I'm still long the stock. Anyway my apologies for all the bad things I thought about the "ilk". When Microsoft gets "busted" I'll never be able to say they didn't earn it.
