<..Paradyne is owned by the same group (TPG)..> Texas Pacific Group - same owner of Globespan. I know that Paradyne - once acquired by Bell Labs (and was more of a redhead stepchild there). After the T trivestiture, Paradyne seperated and then Globespan. Didn't know TPG was acquiring ZLG. Checking I see it's being billed as a merger with a TGP partner's subsidiary. Good move for ZLG in your opinion? Steve
