She is on record stating that her legal career "represents a means to an end in serving G-d."

I want a justice who sees her legal career as a means to an end in serving human reason and human justice.

Separation of Church from State is the issue here since we do not live in the Middle ages anymore.

Sure, in faith there is no distinction between the two realms. But in human thought there is.

How does she know that G-d opposes abortion? Her faith or belief can be wrong. That is why faith has no meaning or value behind the bench.

Faith is based on a person's individual relation to G-d. Reason and morality deals with universal human laws. Invoking faith as a means to serving G-d in the legal realm is not sound, legal reasoning.
