Alchemist Mining (AMS-Cse) has been suspended, pursuant to Canadian Securities Exchange Policy 3. The suspension is considered a regulatory halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 trading rules. Cease trade orders have been issued by one or more securities commissions as shown in the attached table.
