I bought today (1 13/16) I am maxed out now. I added 60% today...ie, if I had 5 shares this morning I have 8 now, that is my limit...no more!

Not sure if everyone agrees with this one...I would like to see them "reverse split" the shares 1 for 2 here. Then take 10 mil out of that MPRS piggy bank and pay down some debt. In the end we end up with about 14.3 million shares outstanding, share price of about $4, book val. per share slightly over $2.00 and L.T. debt of about $20 mil. Possible rev's of 100 mil this year...and well, it just may trade from $4.00 to $10-12 on it's own merit this year. Next year? Could even get higher!

As you can see, this may draw alot of fund interest back into MPRS too. If no buyout of MPRS is near...management may want to at least consider the above scenario. Shareholders should consider it as well.

Dress up that balance sheet, that is if they are sincere about making a go at being a sucessful independent again.

Also, the above helps "shield" MPRS from this nasdaq delisting possibility...of course a buyout of MPRS at $5-7/share would do the same thing without needing a reverse split or debt reduction.

Just some thoughts,

Rich
