The $54,000,000 was for Stock Options.

The date is Sept. 24 on all of these. Did they occur over a period of say, 90 days and are they restricted? That's a good question. Were the options going to expire?

I orginally thought S-8 was an offering of restricted shares for cash. If the options were being exercised, and some of the stock was sold, that would explain the share price.
