Let's look at it again, only this time let's focus on just white-on-black crimes and black-on-white crimes:
Out of 3,581,360 violent incidents where a white person was a victim, 15.3% of those were committed by black perps, or 547,748.
Out of 563,940 violent incidents where a black person was a victim, 10.6% of those were committed by white perps, or 59,778.
Do you see the difference? More white people were attacked by black perps than black people getting attack by white perps. It's not even close. The ratio is 9:1.
Oh, and by the way, Asians are more likely to get attacked by a black person than a white person, even though whites outnumber blacks in this nation 6:1.
(And although Hispanics are more likely to get attacked by whites than blacks, the ratio of white to black attackers is under 2:1 vs. the above-mentioned 6:1.)
