Syquest Annual Meeting or "You think you've got it bad?"

Syquest just filed a 14F proxy filing for their annual meeting to be held in March. You gotta read this thing. It's hysterical.

A couple things of note:

1. The Chairman and President each own about 12K shares of stock. About $30K invested. And they're pulling down $300K/year salaries for doing such a great job.

2. All the executives held options that could have been exercised last year. Total exercised: ZERO

3. In 1997, both the Pres and the Chairman were issued additional options to buy 1MM shares each. Why would they do this since they haven't ever exercised any of the options they already own?

Guess I'm liking my Iomega investment more and more each day. After all, it's all relative.

BTW, anyone live in Fremont and own 1 share of Syquest stock? Would be nice to have a fly on the wall at the meeting. Should be quite interesting.
