This was a post today on the Yahoo S3 thread from a rep from AMD because of speculation on that thread that AMD and S3 might make a marriage. As a matter of our normal course of business, we often speak with companies about various types of alliances. I can't tell you if we have or have not considered purchasing S3. However, unless and until such talks result in an agreement that might be material as information to shareholders and where a disclosure is required by the SEC, we are not at liberty to discuss them at this point.
