The 10th Amendment

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

People always seem to be confused by the statement I make about the 3 Sovereign entities in the Constitution.

When you read the 10th it makes it crystal clear.

This is the only place it mentions all three in one sentence.

The other way it illustrates it is in context of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration.

Natural Rights are for Men not Governments (DOI)

Governments are Instituted among men (DOI)

The Purpose of Government is to protect the Natural Rights from God given to Men. (DOI)

The Balance of Power (Constitution)

BOR speaks for itself.

Now in almost 250 years the Courts and Congress have made egregious violations of the Rights of the People and the States.

This is about to end.

The Convention of States is always moving towards a quorum to call the rest of the states into action.

Time for people to educate themselves because the Tyrants aren't going to tell you this.
