Akins et al answered all of Fleckenstein's questions but he didn't like the answers.

Fleck wanted push-outs in the quarter just reported, but was told
there were not any.

He wanted cancelled orders, but was told there have not been any at all.

Since they will only report revenue, not number of lasers, going forward like Applied Materials does, he wanted to know what their margin is on spare parts and service versus lasers. They indirectly implied the margin on these spares is higher than for the machines (did that suprise anyone?) by saying the increased service revenue would increase profit margins.

He especially didn't like the comments about the faster shift to DUV steppers and the high installation rate of these steppers in chip manufacturers plants for production purposes.
