So now, according to this Biden Ars*hole, it's NOT CONSTITUTIONAL FOR THE AMERICAN PRESIDENT TO NOMINATE A CANDIDATE FOR THE VACANT SEAT ON THE SUPREME COURT ???!!!

Jeez !!! ..... That, according to the USA's Constitution, is one of A PRESIDENT'S PRIMARY FUNCTIONS, and he can do it WHENEVER THE SITUATION ARISES .... ELECTION YEAR OR NO F*CKING ELECTION YEAR !!!!!

Biden refuses to PUBLICLY state that he would pack the Supreme Court because HE KNOWS FULL WELL that would ALIENATE ONE HALF OF HIS VOTER BASE AND COST HIM MANY VOTES IN THE ELECTION.

I really find it hard to believe that ANY AMERICAN would want to vote for this COMPLETE INCOMPETENT, LIAR, PLAGIARISER, HAIR-SNIFFER AND MONEY LAUNDERER !!!
