The Leftist, Sycophantic MSM, world-wide, KEEPS HARPING ON AND ON AND ON AND ON about the number of new cases of COVID-19 !!! ..... BUT, they say virtually nothing about the actual DEATH RATE from COVID-19, EXCLUSIVELY !!!
Of course there's likely to be more cases of COVID-19 found because the TESTING REGIME AND THE NUMBER OF TESTS HAVE INCREASED DRAMATICALLY IN RECENT TIMES !!! ........ JEEZ, THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE !!!!
In my part of the world, AFTER 199 DAYS OF VARIOUS STAGES OF LOCKDOWNS, there have been 690896 confirmed cases with 622153 RECOVERIES .... That's a RECOVERY RATE of 90.05% !!!!
There have been 4388171 (That's OVER 4 MILLION !!!) TESTS done for COVID-19 !!!
There have been 17673 Deaths from COVID-19 .... that's a Death Rate of only 2.56% !!! ..... Assuming that those deaths were EXCLUSIVELY DUE to COVID-19 and that the individuals suffered from no other Ailments, e.g. Asthma, Respiratory Problems, Blood clotting, etc, etc .....
In other words LESS THAN 3 PEOPLE IN 100 died from COVID-19 !!! .... That's not far off from the annual Death Rate DUE TO INFLUENZA and DEATHS ON THE ROAD !!!
I have no doubt that it's much the same in many other parts of the world ..... SO WHY SWITCH OFF THE WHOLE WORLD ???!!! |
