Hi Kaly, Welcome aboard! To answer your question, 1 share of the ADR (namely SAPHY) is worth 1/3 of the preferred share of SAP traded on Frankfurt exchange. Now you do the math.:-) Regards, Ibexx PS: You forgot to mention that R/3 is--and has been--y2k compliant. The much touted y2k niche companies might not serve their purposes if small and medium size companies install SAP's simplified R/3 packages.
