If it weren't for the unparalleled explosion of debt after Bush and Trump cut taxes and collapsed the economy we'd have a chance, but now it's looking damn hopeless. Does anyone wonder why younger people are looking at socialism and communism?

Koan suggested a series on Netflix about how those socialists govern. The majority party is forced to compromise with smaller parties to form a government. Then, after a government is formed the minority can always threaten to pull out unless other compromises are made. Compromises is built into their system. Compromise instead of endless conflict seems far better than what we have now.
