I started loading up today at $11 (1000 shares to be exact). Good advice. Would like to get some more when and if it gets closer to the book value and the near term support level at $9 (book around $6). I have been looking at this one, LSI and MCHP for a good entry point and I think this one here is pretty good. The lower it goes from here the less the risk.

Talked to their investor relations guy and he sees the SRAM market changing over the next couple of years with alot of the suppliers vanishing or merging as a result of the price pressures on this market. They sure don't look like they are going away soon. He also said that their SRAM pie is now less than 50% of revenues but few people seem to understand the implications of this. I jumped in today, just couldn't hold out waiting for $9.

A stock like this is unlikely to go far in the near term given all the recent downgrades and negative sentiment but as the downgrades get old and the company continues to remain profitable increasing their book value (Zacks has them at around $1.50 for both 96 and 97) the current support level at $9 will become their new book value in 97.

Sounds good to me.
