Another data point for how quickly EV's are gaining share in Europe. Bloomberg NEF gave this forecast for EV share in May.

Note that Europe is supposed to hit a 15% share in roughly 2026.

A report yesterday predicted that Europe will hit a 15% share in 2021. They already hit a 10% share in August.

Bloomberg's world forecast is for EV's to hit 10% share in 2025 and 30% in 2030. I think that has basically been consensus but I think it will be going up soon.
