And now Lee is addressing the question of how many justices should be on the court. There good reasons for leaving the number at 9, Lee says. Never mind that he wasn't unhappy about leaving the number at 8 back in 2016. What a hypocritical ass this guy is. EDIT: he is saying that packing the court would be "delegitimizing the court". As if refusing to even allow a vote on court nominees is "legitimate". Again--what a hypocritical ass that guy is.
