No, I don't believe so. When options are exercised, the company gives that person so many shares from the total outstanding. I believe THIS is the major reason behind the increase in shares. PR and everyone has said SEXI needs to sell stock to pay for expenses and product, what I see here is options? THAT WOULD BE MY #1 QUESTION RIGHT NOW - "WHAT'S THE INCREASE IN SHARES FOR?". We need to know everything about the options and restricted shares. I find it VERY interesting that everyone a few days ago was talking about visions and loading the boat etc.... Even Peter J. was talking positive about the stock, or was he full of shit. I wonder how many people here were purposely misleading investors? Now, straight out of the blue we have total confusion. I'm going to play with the family now, be back later. Aloha
