I think they will end up with total control of all our large cities. If these cities turn into another Detroit or Baltimore bankrupt and lawless shitholes we 'win'.. Can imagine that happening in some future apocalypse Bezos and Gates get their payback in Seattle by the woke mob they thought was on their side.. Won't have cops or people like us there to protect them.. What is amazing Seattle and NYC look at the transformation lately the urban core stunning.. Inventory really piling up on the residential side as well to do bail.

Like we've talked about lately I am seeing a migration gaining momentum. Just in Florida we are sprawling far and wide up and down at an astounding pace I-95, I-75 and I-4 without the same constraint of central city centre hubs spreading out like you have in Texas or Atlanta... Tons of land to accommodate transplants infrastructure in place.. 45M in CA, 40M in TX, 35M in FL, 15M in NC, 15M in GA and just 15M in NYS I predict in 20 years... A huge shift in political and economic dominance. We will be respected finally in the south.. Can thank COVID, George Floyd and broadband speed for accelerating this trend..
